⑤ Lefkowitz 通则：

重登者髋关节作为患侧脸部的连接点，左手下压同侧踝部，把握杠杆作用并压制旋转。

⑥ East Baltimore 上提通则：

应用于医师和密友手臂作为连接点，通过踝部把握杠杆作用，需要另一密友稳定颅盆。

⑦ 一人重登通则：

病患者健侧肩膀几乎折曲，足跟部适当交谈嘴巴，并保持一致稳定。不单是坐落患侧，将胳膊安放患侧右侧腘填塞处，搭到健侧膝盖上。双脚抓住病患者膝盖，展开旋转压制展开重登。

2、此前脱位：

①折髋拔伸通则：

病患者多会，髋之外展、之外旋位顶端拔伸供电系统至折髋 90°，与此同时，不单是双脚环抱着大肩膀树干，将大肩膀树干向后之牧者按压，日后内旋肌腱，患肢手掌内收内旋，均可重登。

②Bigelow 通则：

病患多会，密友双脚按压右侧骨盆此前上棘刺比较有用颅盆。

不单是挟患肢踝部，另一此胫骨安放折曲的腘填塞右侧，沿股颅长轴垂直不间断供电系统，首先将患肢逐渐折膝，之外旋，之外展，患肢髋关节自之外侧合上躯干，此后供电系统患肢，使肌腱内收，内旋将股颅头送入髋臼并逐渐手掌患肢。

胃癌

1、精神上连续性病症：有用脱位后精神上连续性病症的比率约 20%，复杂脱位的比率更高。

2、股颅头缺血连续性坏死：5～40% 的比率；股颅头缺血连续性坏死比率随脱位时间减低而减低。

3、坐颅神经损伤：8 ～20% 的比率；与长时间后脱位就其。

4、日后脱位：重登后遵医嘱，比率等于 2%。

tips：

1、在监护的此前提下适当赋予镇静，镇痛，神经放松后日后行重登。

2、重登后检验肌腱稳定连续性，检查和肌腱 CT：以排除股颅头膝盖，游离颅块，髋臼膝盖。

3、也就是说重登后，对于单纯连续性后脱位，应皮供电系统比较有用于轻度之外展位，此前脱位需比较有用于轻度内内旋位，供电系统时间 3 ～4 周，其后驭双拐为了将活动，患肢部分负重。
